These terms apply only to product sales made through our website and do not apply to our legal services, which are governed by separate Terms of Engagement provided directly to clients.
By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to these terms effective immediately. We may update these terms by posting changes on our website. All purchasers must be 18 years or older and are required to accept these terms via click-through acceptance before completing any transaction.

Delivery and Delivery Charges
We deliver exclusively to New Zealand street addresses. Delivery costs, if applicable, will be displayed in your order summary. We endeavor to dispatch orders promptly, typically within 1-2 business days after order confirmation.
Pricing
All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise stated. Prices may change at any time; however, confirmed orders will retain the price at the time of checkout. An order confirmation will be emailed to you upon purchase, so please ensure that your contact details are accurate.

Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Contact us to initiate a return; return shipping costs are your responsibility. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned product is received and inspected.
Warranty
Our umbrellas come with a 1-year warranty for manufacturing defects, excluding damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by New Zealand law, JH LAW excludes liability for any claims, except in cases of bad faith. The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply if you are acquiring products for business purposes. Our maximum liability for any defective product is limited to its purchase price.
